Just a few blurbs about how I conduct my sales, because my collector's happiness and satisfaction with their purchases are of the utmost of importance to me!
Returns and Refunds:
Occasionally, a painting doesn't do "it" for you. Unfortunately, it happens, thankfully, not too often, but when it does, I want to make sure you know you are not "stuck" with an artwork that won't find a happy recipient. Please contact me as soon as this happens. I offer a full refund on the artwork (minus return shipping) paid in the manner of purchase --Ex. if you paid via Paypal, I will issue your credit via Paypal, if you paid by check, you will receive a check, etc.
Shipping and Handling Times
Although I make every effort to get your new painting to you as quickly as possible, sometimes our dear friends in the Post Office are a little slower. Please allow at least 7 business days for shipping, plus one day of handling on my end, for your painting to arrive. I make sure your new piece of art is very carefully packaged, so that it arrives to you as beautiful and loved as it departed from my studio.
Shipping via ground to the Continental US is included in all prices, which brings me to the next topic of this page....
International Shipping
I will ship outside of the Continental US, but this is NOT included in the price. Please contact me first prior to your purchase so I can give you a shipping quote and there won't be any confusion or bad feelings accompanying an international purchase. I will give you a direct quote from the cheapest and safest method of shipment, so I can try and help you with your purchase as much as I can on my end.
Frames
I professionally frame all of my artwork so that it arrives to you ready to go straight on your wall, and that is included in the price. I offer two different types of frames (colors)--Antique Gold or Mahogany (deep brown, close to black). I find these two neutral yet elegant colors look wonderful in most decors--please let me know what your choice is at the time of purchase. Also, if you prefer not to have your artwork framed, and frame it yourself, please email me and let me know. I will knock off 10% of the price of your purchase.
Introductory Prices
When I first complete a painting, I list it here at 55% off, to give my loyal collectors a chance of picking it up at the lowest price it will ever be. It stays at this price for 6 weeks!
